This scheme has been designed with 99 student bed spaces, with a mix of studio and cluster flats.
The ground floor layout includes student amenities, social space and a launderette, as well as a retail unit.
The site is part of a regeneration of a 0.16 acre former public house that is within a sensitive Conservation area location. The proposal was developed through close engagement with local planning and urban design officers to optimise the site opportunities.
