The 2,000 sq ft unit for Subway was designed in close conjunction with the company as this was one of their first standalone new build projects in the country.

Using a modern palette of materials, the unit was designed to reflect their location on a new-mixed use business park (adjacent to Derby County Football Club and a leisure centre / sports retail outlet).

High visibility was important, as was the careful design of servicing arrangements, given their high profile position.
