It was another great night at the Leicester ProCon Awards. We had plenty to celebrate on the evening, with a winning project and a finalist project.

Lumis, in Leicester’s city centre, won the Large Residential Category.

The scheme has transformed a former bus depot site and now offers luxury accommodation for 567 students, in four blocks. The high quality continues both inside and out. Extensive landscaping and a communal courtyard provide great spaces for study and social interaction. Other amenities include a gym, laundry and a cinema room. Find out more about Lumis at our project page.

Leicester Castle Business School for De Montfort University also succeeded as a finalist, in the Regeneration Category. The business school is set in the newly refurbished Grade I Listed Great Hall of Leicester Castle. You can read more about the conversion of this historic building at our project page.
