Our James Street project in Covent Garden took the top accolade of Interior Design Project of the Year. The scheme saw the historic London property refurbished and repurposed from former offices and stores into three contemporary apartments.
Runner-up in the Public Sector Project of the Year category was awarded to the Alfreton Park Community Special School. The school caters for students with special needs and provides specialist classrooms and support areas.
And finally, Runner-up in the Project of the Year Award went to the Swindon & Wiltshire Institute of Technology. A project that transformed a campus of 1960s Brutalist architecture buildings into a modern high-tech education facility.
