The Medical Technologies Innovation Facility (MTIF) is part of a dual site development for Nottingham Trent University. Located at Boots Enterprise Zone, the Development Centre is a hub to allow revolutionary medical technologies to be brought to market and enable the pilot production and commercialisation of the products to meet future healthcare needs. 

The accolade was presented during a celebratory evening at Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge, and is a credit to all of the design team involved.
