The Arena project is the final phase of the redevelopment of the former general Hospital site at Standard Hill that maber were involved in with Crosby Homes over several years.

The building starts with a solid base and fragments at upper levels where apartments are set back and larger terraces created. The crowning flourish at roof level is marked by two duplex penthouse units that are designed to appear as glazed lantern lights.

Materials were designed to be responsive to their respective setting and take reference from surrounding buildings in a contextual design approach.
