The scheme provides a quality showroom for new and used car displays with a sales office and customer reception areas. A central drum serves as a focus for all customer facing areas.

The showroom areas are expressed by the full height glazing and defined by the Sto rendered spine walls. The showroom areas are supported by sales offices, service and customer reception areas as well as a large workshop and bodyshop facility.

 

The first floor areas comprise open plan offices for admin support and sales staff, together with changing facilities and wc’s. Plant areas and first floor parts storage are also located ‘back of house’.

There are valet and jetwash bays are located under the car deck at the rear of the building.
