Due to its very close proximity to housing, a significant design issue with this project was the acoustic requirement imposed by the local Planning Authority.
This impacted on the provision of natural lighting and ventilation to the production areas plus the storage and distribution areas.
Occupied by Eurocell, the facility provides clear, efficient space for their UPVC manufacturing process.
