All of the offices have been designed to at least a Very Good BREEAM standard, offering comfortable workplaces and reducing running costs for the businesses. The landscape designs have been developed to incorporate the needs of pedestrians, cyclists and drivers creating the office village settings.

 

Developed during tough economic times, The Point Phase one has created a range of accommodation of modern, sustainable, commercial space. Varying in size and brief from pre-let to speculative offices, the final tenants include small start-ups businesses to international blue-chip companies.
