Identified as a high priority school redevelopment project following the discovery of degrading asbestos inside the existing building, the new building has been delivered on a very tight programme whilst maintaining operation of the temporary school on the site.

The replacement building has consolidated the previous sprawling school accommodation into a single block with a contemporary design, constructed in steel frame with a highly-efficient external fabric and servicing strategy.
