The awards, held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, celebrated the resurgence of the residential sector in the region with a gala dinner showcasing projects and businesses in the sector.

The judges stated they were impressed with the range and complexity of residential projects we had delivered in the region, with everything from student accommodation to a site adjacent to a UNESCO World Heritage site.
